This is my 4th shoot as I am going through a list of targets for my Celestron SC8. I use Sky imaging tools to optimize my acquisition time. This one was interesting as I could reach a 30 SNR with one hour at F9.
Anyway this is a beautiful deep sky object. I would want to get back to it when I upgrade the camera and filter and maybe at F6.3. Obviously we can see the distortion at the corners of the image but I kind of like the effect.
I have also worked on my processing workflow combining now SIRIL, Photoshop & Topaz AI. Please let me know any feedback on processing so I can improve as I am not sure if this is good or too much or not enough 🙂
